MV-1 has pre-engineered mounts under the dash to facilitate hand control installation, and the driver's seat pedestal is ready to be converted to a power transfer seat. We are working on power door operators and several other upfits. I have been taking care of my Mom with Parkinson for years and indeed, unless you are in the caregiver work yourself, you will not understand the hardness. We are basically a group of people with great responsibility but without freedom to enjoy our own life. From practical point of view, I think the most priority would be ‘how to improve the life quality of the person we cared’ and ‘how to make our life easier so we won’t be torn apart’. I recently created a blog which basically a summary of “what I did” in caring the life of my mom and hope it can contribute some. (http://i-care-parkinson.blogspot.com) This is a great site.
